Ad guidelines

What you can advertise

• Products and services people buy as gifts, or use for parties and celebrations: shops, gift boxes, food, flowers, venues, events, personalised items and the like.
• Your own Shopee, Lazada, website or social media pages.

What we don’t accept

• Gambling, betting, raffles, lotteries and lucky draws that people pay to join.
• Adult content, dating, alcohol aimed at minors, tobacco and vapes.
• Investment schemes, crypto, loans, MLM and “get rich” offers.
• Political or religious campaigning, weapons, and anything illegal in the Philippines.
• Misleading claims, fake discounts, or links that don’t match the ad.

Your card

• Use your real brand name and a logo you own.
• Links must use https and lead to the page the ad describes.
• Promo codes must work for everyone who sees the ad.

Reviews, payments and refunds

• You pay when you book. If we reject the ad, the first payment is refunded in full and the subscription is cancelled.
• Subscriptions renew every week or month until you cancel. When you cancel, your ad keeps running until the end of the period you paid for; that period isn’t refunded.
• Christmas placements run Sep 1 to Dec 20. Subscriptions for them stop before billing a period after Dec 20.
• We may pause or remove an ad that breaks these rules. Edits to a live ad are reviewed before they replace the current version.

Privacy
